Stetson University Dining Services conducted four 45-minute feedback sessions on April 16, 2026, in Room 202A of the Carlton Union Building to gather qualitative input from students, faculty, and staff for future on-campus dining operations, including both retail and residential options. The sessions aimed to shape operational strategies without hype, focusing on practical insights to guide menu planning, service design, and campus dining experiences.
The department wrapped up Spring 2026 programming with a mental health partnership event, and a student Supper Club showcased Korean K-POP cuisine curated by the university’s lead chef team on April 17, 2026, at the Lynn Dining Commons. In addition, Lynn Dining Commons expanded the Delicious Without platform to broaden dietary accommodations by excluding the top ten common allergens and choices, reflecting a continued commitment to inclusive dining.
