Latest News About Port Talbot Parkway now upgraded

Port Talbot Parkway attended a new enclosed footbridge with ticket office and waiting areas plus CCTV and lifts to all platforms as part of the broader regeneration tied to the Wales Station Improvement Scheme. The upgrade supports a park-and-ride and additional car parking, along with better facilities for cyclists, buses, and taxis. It is connected to wider Port Talbot regeneration efforts such as Harbourside development and town-centre upgrades. Funding came from a mix of Welsh Government, Network Rail, and European/other funds, with collaboration with Neath Port Talbot Council.
