Residents in parts of West Dallas are being evacuated due to a gas leak.
According to the NBC Dallas-Fort Worth, the leak was reported at a storage facility near the intersection of Fort Worth Avenue and Gulon Street.
The facility is owned by CenterPoint Energy, the same company that owns the pipeline that ruptured earlier this month in the nearby city of Denton.
Residents in a three-block radius are being asked to leave their homes until further notice.
CenterPoint Energy officials say they are working to contain the leak and minimize the impact on the surrounding area.
No injuries have been reported at this time.
