John Lewis, the iconic British department store, may reopen its doors in 2024 after a major transformation.
According to reports, the store's new owners, M&G Real Estate, are working to revamp the site and restore its former glory.
“The new owners are committed to restoring John Lewis to its former status as a leading department store in the UK,” said a spokesperson.
John Lewis has a rich history dating back to 1864, and its flagship store in London's Oxford Street was once a beloved destination for shoppers.
However, the store struggled in recent years and was forced to close in 2020.
