F1 Drivers to Compete in Supercars Championship
Former Formula 1 drivers will join the Supercars Championship in 2023, according to a recent announcement. This move aims to attract a new audience to the series and provide a fresh challenge for the drivers.
"We're excited to welcome these talented drivers to the Supercars Championship," said a spokesperson for the series. "Their experience and skill will undoubtedly bring a new level of competition to the series."
The drivers, who have not been named, will participate in a number of events throughout the season, including the Bathurst 1000.
Supercars CEO, who made the announcement, stated that the series is looking forward to working with the F1 drivers and believes their involvement will help attract new fans to the series.
